I have been out of school for almost a month now. Time is passing by pretty quickly. I don't feel like I have done much so far this summer. I have cleaned, baked for guest, visited with my cousin who flew up here, been yelled at by my sister (never disturb those who get nervous for big tests while they study), and fought with my brother.
Todays trip to the dentist was quite interesting, I had recently watched a video and the guy in it (Japanese singer/actor) said he had gone for a cleaning for the first time, and he was talking about how loud it is getting you teeth cleaned. It had never really thought about it before but I had gotten used to the routine cleaning at the dentist office. It gave me something to think about at the time, which was good because I always feel weird when they are randomly cleaning my teeth for me.
Other than that I have been packing and unpacking, my family has recently moved, although we still haven't finished with everything. When the shelves were being built for my sisters closet she put some of her boxes in my room and hasn't moved them out yet. I brought over a few boxes, but since my sister and I shared a room before moving most of our stuff was placed in the same boxes so we have to sort everything which is hard to do when she is not willing to help. Most of my room is set up, all I have to do is move my sister's stuff back into her room, clean up enough so I can move my book shelf in. The book shelf is going to make my life so much easier since all my books are sitting on my closet floor right now so I can't put any of my shoes in and it also makes it hard for the movable shelves I put up.
The most useful things I've probably done this summer is pitting cherries and canning beans. At least there will be more help when it comes to canning peaches and tomato sauce.

It's Been A While
I was actually happy to remember my password for my blog without any help.
Today, well yesterday now, was my graduation from high school, I was quite nervous since of course there is always the fear of tripping in front of everyone. The fact that the girls had to carry flowers killed me as well. I find nothing wrong with flowers but holing them nearby for about two hours when your allergic to them can be a little much. The one thing about graduation is that it can make you look back. Even without people mentioning things, my mind still wandered into the past. As I watched some people walk up for their diplomas I thought stuff like, I remember crushing on him, or the fact that we sat next to each other in class which is probably the only reason we've ever talked to each other.
I always thought graduation was only a way to say be to the high school years and show that you are entering the next stage of your life, but somehow by sitting throught the cermony I realized that we are also remembering high school, showing that we are proud of what we have done in our past four years, and that somehow we will make it to the next part of our lives after this, since we've made it so far. Gradution can be a time where one realizes things they wouldn't have thought about if they didn't see everyone walking pass. Hearing what they have accomplished during their past four years, and learning their future plans.
There is also one hope for future graduates at the school I have graduated from, and that is that they don't choose an extremely hot day for your grad. Our school is famous for that and maybe someday, the cycle will break and instead of sitting together in a room that is stifling hot and crowded, you'll be able to breathe and not keep praying for everything to end soon just so that you can get out.

Next Step
I have finally received notice from all 3 (well technically 2, since I decided I didn't want to go to when school so I didn't go write the test, so I for sure can't get in) schools I have applied to. The only problem now is which to accept to. From an outsiders view one is better just because the school is the second best in the province, and has a great business program, the other one does well but it isn't amazing in comparison, as well as the second one is a newer school. Yet from my point of view looking at the programs itself, at the one school I have to start in business then specialize in accounting and am not guaranteed co-op. At the other one I have a guaranteed co-op and it starts with accounting specialization. The other thing I look at is the fact that the better school is away from home, while the better program is in my city. The hardest part is choosing and I need to soon since the busary form I am filling out that is due today wants to know the school of study, and I have yet to accept.
After writing this all out it seems better for me to choose the school close to home, not since it will be cheaper but because it is more specific to what I want, and ensures that I will be able to do what I plan on doing. So know to fill in the school portion of the application so that I have a chance at getting a way to pay for school.

One Month
Well one month and ten days to be exact. That's one month of changes for me. My english is still as bad as always, but thankfully the stories in math class weren't grammar based, five marks meaning only huge grammar and spelling mistakes were accounted for. My marks have changed, although my accounting dropped before midterms went in, I still managed to keep a 90% average which will hopefully get me accepted to the last school I applied to, even though I don't plan on going there, it's nice to know that I've been accepted. I was invited the test to go to one of the schools, yet didn't go since it was $50 to write and I don't plan on going to school far from home, or really away from home at all, since I managed to get into the local universities accounting co-op program as long as my overall average for grade 12 doesn't drop below 75% which I would have to start doing miserably.
I have discovered that my agenda countdown to the start of the final exams for my high school years was five days off since I missed an entire school week, so after I handed in the first part of my calculus test, I went back and added +5 to every page going back to the start of the school year. The one day I finish my test early and sleep for the last 30 or so minutes of class is the same day that I am wide awake and not falling asleep in the middle of class.
I still have unreliable tutorees that never show up, so I have 11 or 12 hours and 45 minutes of tutoring done which means one or two percent for a math mark, when I would love the whole three percent.
Lately I've been having problems thinking in the creative mind I need for writing my stories, but thankfully the other day I came up with an idea that I love and can write. I should try and finish the story my friends have all been reading (and I thank them all for giving me truthful feed back). I have different random parts written out. I also hope to update my fanfiction, the only problem is that I originally planned for the hidden man to be one person, but decided to, change it since I don't want the story to go in that direction so know I need to come up with a slight idea that has started to form in my mind.
Hope to continue writing more soon :)

It's Frinday the 13th and Good News Has Come My Way!!!!
Today on a whim I decided to check my university applications and learnt that I have an offer. I actually received it 2 days ago, the same day I reapplied to high school just in case I did get in. Now I am over excited and ready to bounce off walls. To top it all off, today was the first day of March Break, and I'm having a sleepover tomorrow. I'm a little to happy to seem to be my normal self, since as Nire and I discussed this past week, I am quite pessimistic, and am unable to speak English properly.

Grade 12
According to my agenda (and my personal countdown with in it), there are 65 more school days (excluding all weekends, exams and holidays) until I graduate. The best part of grade 12 is here right now, first semesters marks are in for university acceptances, people have started receive early acceptances, filling out scholarships has become a favourite activity. And amongst it all we still manage to have time to have fun.
Right now I'm on my spare, I had originally planned to work on a scholarship "essay" (I used quotations because a 500 word essay does not really seem like an essay in my opinion.), but I have given in to procrastination. I most likely wouldn't have gotten far anyways, since next to me my friend is freaking every time she hits enter because she loses the information on the form she is filling out. At least hitting enter brought her attention to the fact that she had easily been running over the 50 characters with spaces rule. She is now attempting to write a 300 word thing, since I still believe essay is and inappropriate word for a blurb about one's self. The more frustrated she becomes with it, the harder I begin to laugh.
As I have mentioned we still are able to have fun. There was the Nire's birthday party in which six of us slept on two air matresses, or at least until Maxine left because the air matress we were on slowly deflated over the night.
This past weekend, five of us (Nire, Olive, Maxine, Sarly[previously twin 2] and I) went shopping and to see some movies. I was teased relentlessly over my tatse in guys, while we bugged Olive for being the only one who bought anything. With the mall closing an hour before the movies we wanted to watch started, we headed to the arcade within the theatres to play some games. After losing and winning some games at air hockey, we finally managed to see the movies.
Since the movie Maxine and Sarly went to see was out before ours, they waited for us, playing the racing all the while. When we reached the arcade we began to scan the front lobby to see if we could find them, not noticing that they were playing the game in front of us (both Nire and I thought they were other people). After Maxine beat both Nire and Sarly at the racing, I took her head on and won. She has now claimed that we must race once again some day, but this time ensure that we do not use a winding course.
Many people hear that grade 12 is the best year of high school, now that I have reached that point in my life I agree. It is due to the thrills that come with applying for next years schools of choice, watching others freak over the exact same thing you are, yet learning to deal with it all and having fun at the same time. The year passes by quickly, but you will make many more memories than you can expect. And who knows, maybe I will make more since the year is not yet over.

The snow is finally gone. For a couple days the weather actually reached above zero so it was warm. The only problem is after one day with warm weather it began to rain. We had two days of raining drabby warm weather before the tempature dropped again. Nothing had really happened since exams, I managed to update my fanfiction. Planned to aim to get a scholarship, but it will take a while to find out if the group can aim to get it. If we managed to get together tomorrow and get almost everything figured out we should be able to reach our goal, what ever the goal aims to be.
